Visitor courtyard
Arrange a visit through the current official process. Follow visitor-book instructions, postpone if unwell, respect current mask or hygiene requests, protect resident privacy and avoid photographing people or private spaces without permission.
The app does not book or confirm a visit and does not store visitor identities.
Urgent situations
Sunward Courtyard cannot receive a message or request assistance. In a New Zealand emergency, call 111. For non-urgent health, safety or housing matters, contact an appropriate authorised or qualified service.
Do not send health, financial, identity or housing-application details through an initial support email. The Android app itself has no field where such details can be entered.
From screen to real conversation
Sunward Courtyard is an orientation companion. It does not show vacancies, costs, applications, eligibility decisions, tenancy terms, live schedules, care services or individual accessibility outcomes. For a housing decision, use an arranged visit and information supplied by authorised representatives.
